1. Scope

These Terms apply to your access to and use of the brandto.social website, including its content, embedded media, and checkout links, as well as any pre-release founder access or onboarding flow offered through the site.

Additional commercial terms, order forms, or onboarding documents may apply to paid customers. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the more specific document controls for that relationship.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

  • You must use the site lawfully and only for legitimate business or evaluation purposes.
  • You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or use automated means to scrape or overload the service without written permission.
  • You may not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.

3. Founder access and payments

The site may offer paid founder access to an early-stage version of the platform. Prices, availability, included features, and onboarding scope may change at any time before a purchase is completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor, not by the website itself. By completing checkout, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment for the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, in a written agreement, or required by law, founder-access purchases are non-refundable once access, onboarding work, or reserved capacity has been committed.

4. Early-access nature of the service

Founder access and alpha features are pre-release offerings. They may change substantially, include bugs, have downtime, or be discontinued. We may add, remove, or modify features, workflows, pricing, or access conditions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, design, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by brandto.social or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as necessary to use the site for its intended purpose, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, republish, or create derivative works from the site or its content without prior written permission.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to or embed third-party services, including Stripe and Vimeo. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. No warranties

The website and any early-access materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for your particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, brandto.social and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the site or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site or founder-access purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or one hundred euros if no payment was made.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless brandto.social from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or founder-access offering at any time if we believe you breached these Terms, created security or legal risk, or if the offering is changed or discontinued.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated.
